How do I place my order?

To place an order:

  1. Finish adding your chosen items to your shopping basket.
  2. You may complete your purchase through our website checkout or through PayPal.

● If you wish to continue through our website checkout, please click the green “Checkout” button located on the right-hand side of the screen.
● If you wish to continue through PayPal, please click the PayPal button.

  1. You will then be taken to our Customer Information page, where you will be asked to enter:

● Email address
● Name
● Address

  1. If you have a valid discount code, you may enter it in the “Discount” field located on the right-hand side of the screen. Please make sure to click “Apply” so that your discount can be calculated and applied to your order.
  2. Continue by clicking “Continue to Shipping Method”. Please ensure that your delivery address has been entered correctly, especially if it differs from your billing address. Once everything is complete, click “Continue to Payment Method”.
  3. You will then need to enter your payment details. Where applicable, you may choose to indicate that your delivery and billing details are the same.
  4. Once you have completed the form, click “Complete Order”. You will be taken to a screen showing your order summary and on-screen order confirmation. You will also receive a second confirmation by email.

What if items are missing or I receive the wrong products?

For missing or incorrectly shipped items, please contact us at service@rdghhjk.com.

Please include your transaction reference number or Order #, and provide proof, such as a photo. The image file should be under 1 MB.

We will be happy to resend the correct item at no additional cost. You do not need to return the item that was sent incorrectly — you may keep it as a gift from us.


How do I know my order has been successfully placed?

You will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and the details of your purchase.


I would like to change the items I ordered. What should I do?

Order amendments are allowed on the same day the order is placed, on or before 11:00 PM PDT, GMT-7.

How do I add items to my basket?

To add items to your basket:

  1. Go to the product page of the item you are interested in and select your preferred options. When you click “Add to Cart”, you will be taken to your Shopping Cart page.
  2. Enter the quantity you would like to order using the “Quantity” field next to the product image. After entering the quantity, you may continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

How do I view what is in my shopping basket?

To view the contents of your basket, click the cart icon at the top of the website page.

Once you click this icon, you can easily update the quantity of any item in your basket. You can also remove any item by clicking “Remove” below the quantity listing.


How do I remove items from my basket?

First, click the Cart icon in the upper-right corner of your screen.

This will allow you to view all items currently in your basket. Once you have found the item you would like to remove, click “Remove” below the quantity listing.

The item will be removed automatically, and the page will refresh to show your updated basket.


How do I change the quantity of a particular item in my basket?

First, click the Cart icon in the upper-right corner of your screen.

You will then see all items currently in your basket, along with the quantities selected for each item. To change the quantity, click the “Quantity” field for that item and enter the desired amount.

Once updated, the quantity and related total amount, if applicable, will automatically refresh and display correctly on the right-hand side of your screen.

How do I use a discount code?

To use a promotional code, please follow these steps:

  1. Choose the item you would like to order, then click the green “Checkout” button.
  2. You will then be taken to our Customer Information page. Please fill in the required information.
  3. You will see a “Discount” field in the upper-right area of the page.
  4. Enter your discount code and click “Apply”. Please check the order summary below to confirm that the discount has been applied and is valid.

What is your cancellation policy?

Order cancellation is allowed on the same day the order is placed, on or before 11:00 PM PDT, GMT-7.
